Solo Placements
The home will have 24/7 staffing with 2:1 or 1:1 support for young people who are assessed to be high risk to self and others and needs to live independently.
The Aims & Objectives
Support Hours will be used to address the specific needs of the young person, and will include target work to:
- Increase safety and reduce risk (e.g. offending behaviours, gang activities, risk of exploitation and alcohol and substance misuse).
- Improve physical and mental health.
- Access and engagement in suitable education, training and employment opportunities.
- Access local community activities groups.
- Engage with specialist services to address a specific need.
- Manage present and past traumatic experiences.
- Develop independent living skills, supporting the young person to build confidence and re-integrate positively into their community.
- The level of support hours can be reduced at an agreed pace (as agreed with the local authority), allowing the young person to work towards greater independence to reduce the risk to self and others in their communities
Working as Part of a Multi-Agency TeamPeople
Our support teamwork in partnership with their multi-agency team to ensure coordinated support that addresses the young people complex needs (e.g. Police, Youth Justice Service, CAMHS, education, training and employment services, specialist substance misuse services, and local community organisations.
- We maintain regular contact to ensure appropriate information is shared in line with GDPR, avoiding duplicates and ensuring all internal and external agencies are working together to achieve shared outcomes for the young person.
Our supported accommodation for young people
Placements
We offer 24/7 staffed shared accommodations for multiple placements, such as: male only units, female only units, shared units for males and females, standalone units with outreach support and to meet specific needs. Our high support homes support young people that is classed as high risk, vulnerable and challenging with 2:1 or 1:1 support 24/7 daily.
Shared Living
Our shared living services support young people who often needs further support in preparation to live more independently.
Solo Placements

Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children (UASC)
We work with UASC youth, providing specialised support packages tailored to individual needs for positive outcomes.
