Working as Part of a Multi-Agency TeamPeople

Our support teamwork in partnership with their multi-agency team to ensure coordinated support that addresses the young people complex needs (e.g. Police, Youth Justice Service, CAMHS, education, training and employment services, specialist substance misuse services, and local community organisations.

Our supported accommodation for young people

Placements

We offer 24/7 staffed shared accommodations for multiple placements, such as: male only units, female only units, shared units for males and females, standalone units with outreach support and to meet specific needs. Our high support homes support young people that is classed as high risk, vulnerable and challenging with 2:1 or 1:1 support 24/7 daily.

Shared Living

Our shared living services support young people who often needs further support in preparation to live more independently.
